Hollywood Reporter: Key Arts Awards 2011

I read about this yearly event in last week's The Hollywood Reporter. Each year, the magazine hosts the Key Arts Awards to recognize the best of the best in advertising. Aesthetics? Formatting? Layout? Sounds like my cup of tea.

And lucky to us, all the finalists entries can be viewed online!

If you visit the main site, you can click on Catalog 2011 to view the finalist entries in each department-audio/visual, print, innovative media, and more!

Here's one of my favorites--the TCM posters. They borrow heavily from Apple's old print campaigns. I mentioned this before in a previous post.

For more TCM posters, click here.

And here's a quick and dirty guide to the site. See the caption below each image.
The main site. Jobs' influence is felt everywhere.

Under the Print category, you can click on any particular entry and view its page.

One of the many print finalists. Cute, right?

Just like in print, you can look up each video finalist.

Some of the video pages have special featurette videos. I think Avatar's is the longest.
